Welcome!

Feeling lost with food?
I’m so glad I found you!
I’m passionate about helping you reach your goals—whether that means building a more peaceful relationship with food, improving blood sugar, feeling more confident in your eating, or supporting your athletic performance. While I bring expertise in nutrition, I believe you are the expert on your own life and body. My role is to help you clarify what matters most to you and provide practical, sustainable tools that support your long-term success.
Nutrition has the power to transform your health and life, but it should never come with stress, guilt, or shame. Together, we’ll work toward greater flexibility with food, finding a balance between nourishment, satisfaction, and health. If you feel stuck in cycles of dieting, disconnected from your body’s cues, or frustrated by changes that don’t seem to last, I’m here to help.
My approach is weight-neutral, meaning we’ll focus on improving health, well-being, and quality of life without making weight the goal. I draw from Intuitive Eating and the Satter Eating Competence Model, using a big-picture, compassionate approach to uncover and address the root causes of your eating challenges. This work helps you reconnect with your body’s innate ability to regulate eating and empowers you with self-knowledge—so you can feel more at ease and in control around food.
We’ll build habits that are realistic and sustainable. This approach allows us to move beyond the diet cycle and create nutrition strategies that honor your body, culture, preferences, and lived experience.
I also specialize in sports nutrition, supporting athletes in optimizing performance and recovery. Taking a holistic, evidence-based approach, we’ll look beyond food alone to consider sleep, supplements, training demands, and your overall lifestyle. I understand the unique pressures athletes face, including the ways sport culture can contribute to body and food struggles. Our work together will prioritize nutrition that supports strength, endurance, and power—while fostering a positive relationship with food and your body.
